Tracking Your Shipment

Your shipment tracking number will be sent to you via email and SMS using the contact details provided when placing your order.

How is my package delivered?

All orders are delivered through trusted local courier companies across Pakistan.

In-stock orders: Delivered within 3–4 business days after order confirmation.
Out-of-stock items: Delivery may take 7–10 business days, subject to supplier availability. If additional time is required, our team will notify you with an estimated delivery date.

Shipping Charges

How much will I pay for shipping?

If your order is above Rs.4,999, shipping is free. For any order below Rs. 4,999 you will pay a standard shipping rate of Rs. 250/-.

How long until I receive my items?

Items in stock: 3–4 business days after order confirmation.
Items not in stock: Approximately 7–10 business days, depending on supplier availability. If there is any delay beyond this timeframe, we will keep you informed.

If I buy several items, will they be delivered together?

If you order multiple items, we will do our best to deliver everything together in a single shipment. This helps reduce packaging waste and supports environmentally friendly shipping.

Delivery together is subject to all ordered items being available in stock. If an item has an unusually long delivery time, we may contact you to discuss the best delivery option.

Advance Payment Policy

For all orders exceeding Rs. 15,000, a 20% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
